We consider adherence to ethical principles an essential precondition in all our endeavors and recognize ethical rules as fundamental pillars of our corporate culture.

Purpose and Scope

Ethics are the rules concerning values that guide correct decisions and behaviors.

Ethical rules serve as guiding principles in our daily operations, reflecting our corporate values and the corresponding behavior standards. Essentially, ethical rules express that the way we reach our goals is equally significant to attaining those goals themselves.

The purpose of establishing Hauz's Ethical rules is to determine and facilitate adherence to ethical behavior rules that allow all employees acting on behalf of the Chamber and representatives of Hauz to carry out their duties free from any influence or pressure and to prevent potential conflicts of interest.

OUR ETHICAL RULES

Hauz employees and representatives of Hauz act in accordance with the ethical rules listed below in their relations with each other and third parties:

1- HONESTY AND IMPARTIALITY

Business is conducted with honesty and impartiality.

2- MUTUAL RESPECT AND TRUST

Relations are conducted with mutual respect to establish reputation and trust.

3- RESPECT FOR INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Respect is shown for all intellectual and industrial property rights arising from mental creativity.

4- CORRECT USE OF RESOURCES

All materials, machinery, equipment, and vehicles are used solely for business purposes; avoiding energy, time, and resource wastage.

5- CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Duties are carried out without entering into conflicts of interest by providing impartial assessments; care is taken regarding any benefits provided to them, their relatives, friends, or individuals/organizations they are related to, whether financial or other obligations and similar personal interests.

6- RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibilities are fulfilled with a sense of duty and responsibility to society. Decisions are made consistently and correctly and are implemented in a timely manner.

7- EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
